Backed by 4+ years of research experience and 16+ years in consulting and leadership roles, Dr. Joshi has consistently driven value creation by integrating market insights, consumer behavior understanding, and quantitative research into actionable strategies. Dr. Chetan Raikwar is a nationally renowned Career Counselor, Trainer, and Author with over 14 years of dedicated service in empowering students and youth. He has been honored twice with the Best Career Counselor Award for his transformative work in the field of career guidance and personal development.
A Doctorate in Management, Dr. Raikwar has enriched the academic and professional journeys of students at prestigious institutions like LNCT, PIPS, and IIPS-DAVV. He brings a unique blend of career counseling expertise, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Law of Attraction techniques, and psychometric assessments (including DMIT) to guide students in both academic and emotional growth.
Through his flagship program “The Urja Mindset”, he has conducted more than 650 seminars and webinars, positively impacting over 2,00,000 lives across schools, colleges, and communities.
